In one study , people who took Actos had an increased risk of developing prostate cancer or pancreatic cancer. However, the link between cancer and Actos needs to be studied more thoroughly. If you have a history of cancer, especially pancreatic or prostate cancer, talk with your doctor before taking Actos.
