This beer is very approachable now as it warms up in the glass, but it will also reward careful cellaring for several years to come. Super fresh hop when you put your nose in the glass, a fragrance untethered to the non-craft beer experience. Then a super bitterness straight away with the first taste. That hop yeast punch in the back of the tongue strategically placed there by the brew master. The abv content slowly picks up. The finish stays on the mind as well as a tingling on the taste buds.
Happy with this selection. Hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, resin, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy bitter finish. Medium fizzy body with lots of hop bitterness overwhelming the malt. Typical hop bitterness and aroma of floral, pine and citrus. Sweet underwhelming finish. Color is a light amber. Taste is bitter right from the start then smooths out a bit. I'm tasting citrus, line fresh grass and floral.
